Looking Back on AIESEC 2004

I just finished up my year-long term as VP-Outgoing Exchange.

Results

Events:
3 ROKS
3 National Conferences
1 International Conference
5 Social Events (Ice Fishing, Blue/Delphi retreat, Casino Night, Cabrew, Halloween)

Team:
-Membership up from 3 to 18
-Members doing more than exchange

Structure:
-Members working with SNs NOT Candidates
-Country presentations now regularly given
-Culture Prep integrated into shorter weekly SN orientation sessions
-Website use up 1000%, both aiesec.net and madison's
-Focus on group versus individual matching

Exchange:
-Team Exchange up from 3 to 15
-Strongly helped with 11 of the 15
